Breath as Divine Nature.
In meditation, mindfulness is a practical goal, and it starts with the breath. Breath invites stillness, stillness quiets the mind. When mind rests, resolution is often found peacefully and without the obstruction of mindlessness in the way.
Meditation takes practice, but just being able to hold back the frenzy of thought for a moment, allows us to halt and sometimes release. Meditation is not easy; mindfulness is a path to stillness and quiet. It brings us rest and even for a few seconds, precious peace.
